What this women's T-shirt is like
It is a Bella + Canvas 6400, the women's pattern from the same house as the unisex and with the same weight of 142 gsm. The fabric depends on the colour: in black, navy and white it is combed, ring-spun cotton; the anthracite is a heather and carries 52% cotton and 48% polyester, which is what gives it that speckled grey. What changes from the unisex is the cut: crew neck, narrower shoulder, side seam and a length meant to stop at the hip. It is a relaxed cut, not a fitted one; if you want it to hug, take one size down.

The print goes straight onto the garment with water-based inks, on pre-washed fabric, exactly as on the unisex one. What is not the same is the canvas: the cut is shorter and narrower, so the same drawing takes up proportionally more chest and reads bigger than it does on the unisex T-shirt of the same design.
Inside out, at 30 °C, no bleach, and keep the iron off the print. It runs from S to 2XL. It is a fine 142 gsm knit, so in white and in light colours count on it being slightly sheer. The measurements in the table below are those of this garment laid flat, not those of the unisex pattern: the other one's do not apply.

The drawing on «La Gorgona»
The Gorgon's head seen face on: bulging eyes, two fangs and, instead of hair, nine snakes coming out of the skull with their tongues out. It is the Gorgon, not the jellyfish.
Where this drawing comes from
It stares straight at you, and that is on purpose: the gorgoneion was set on shields and on roof eaves precisely so that whoever arrived would run into the face.
On the women's cut the face rises and grows: less chest available means a bigger gorgoneion, closer to the neck, almost at the height it was worn at on breastplates. If it looked discreet to you on the unisex, here it is not.
It is the Greek gorgoneion of the 7th to 5th centuries BC, the one set on roof antefixes and on shields precisely so that it would stare straight at whoever came close. The snakes for hair are told by Ovid in «Metamorphoses» IV, 790-803, when Minerva turns her hair into serpents.
Sizes: measurements, where each one is made and what it costs
Measurements of the garment, not of your body. Take one that fits you the way you like, lay it flat and measure: the width from seam to seam below the sleeve, and the length from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. These are the ones the factory itself publishes, in centimetres.
| Size | Largo | Ancho | Made in | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 64,1 | 47 | España | 33.95 € |
| M | 66 | 50,8 | España | 33.95 € |
| L | 68 | 55,9 | España | 33.95 € |
| XL | 69,8 | 61 | España | 33.95 € |
| 2XL | 71,8 | 66 | España | 35.95 € |
Manufacturing tolerance: ±2 cm, as with any cotton garment.
Sizes 2XL cost more because they use more fabric and the factory charges us more for them: we would rather say so here and stock them than not have them. The regular sizes all cost the same.
«Made in» comes from the warehouse Printful declares for that exact size, not from an estimate of ours.
