You have 14 days, no explanations needed

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without justifying the decision and without penalty.

How to exercise it

It is enough to tell us by email before the deadline expires, with an unequivocal statement. You can use the official model form, but it is not compulsory.

Refund

We refund every payment received, including the standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the moment you tell us your decision, by the same means of payment you used. We can hold the refund back until we get the piece returned or until you show that you have sent it.

Cost of the return

The direct cost of sending the piece back is on you, unless the return is due to a defect or to a mistake of ours.

Condition of the piece

You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning — that is, you can try it on, just like in a shop.
