What data we handle and what for

• Order: name, address, email and phone. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards the legal tax and accounting retention period.
• Account: email and encrypted password. Basis: your consent. It is deleted when you delete the account.
• Newsletter: email and language. Basis: your consent, revocable with one click in any mailing.
• Ratings: we store a random identifier in a cookie, not your identity, so you can change your vote.

Who we share them with

Only with whoever is needed to serve you: the manufacturer that prints and ships the piece, the carrier and the payment gateway. We do not sell data to anyone and we do not pass it on for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing, and ask for the portability of your data, by writing to the contact address. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Cookies

We use only the strictly necessary ones, so that the cart, the session and the ratings work. There are no advertising or profiling cookies.
