Legal guarantee

Every piece has a three-year guarantee for lack of conformity, under Spanish law, which improves on the two-year minimum required in the EU. During the first two years the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery, without you having to prove it.

If a piece arrives faulty or does not match what you ordered, write to us with the order number and a photo. We replace it or give you the money back, your choice, at no cost to you.

Size changes

We do not do straight size swaps: within the 14 days of withdrawal you send the piece back and order it again in the right size. Check the size chart before buying: it saves you the trip.

Shipping problems

If the parcel arrives damaged, write it on the carrier's delivery note at the moment of delivery and tell us within 24 hours with photos. With that we can claim from the carrier and replace the piece for you.
