Shipping and delivery times
How long it takes to arrive
3 to 4 working days, counted from the day after the purchase. That time is the total: it includes both the printing of the piece and the delivery to your door. It is the same number you will see on the front page, on every piece's page and in the confirmation email: only one time is promised, and this is it. Below, with the date of the measurement, you have the cases where it can stretch.
This page used to publish «production 2 to 5 days» and «mainland Spain 2 – 4 days» separately. Anyone adding them up — which is what anyone does — read 4 to 9 days on the same site that promised delivery much sooner. That is why production and shipping are no longer published separately here: what is published is the TOTAL, the only thing that matters to the person buying.
When it can take longer
The time above is the one most orders meet, but not every piece is made just as fast and not every destination is just as close. Measuring on 19 de agosto de 2026, item by item and destination by destination, the slowest case that came up was 7 working days. Specifically:
- Las prints are the fastest; the T-shirts and sweatshirts, the slowest.
- If an order has several pieces, it ships in one piece when the slowest one is ready — it is not split into two shipments. A cart with several categories therefore goes to the top end of the range.
- By destination, the fastest are usually Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria; the slowest, France and Luxembourg.
If your order is going to miss the deadline, we write to you. And if it goes past the 7 working days with no news, write to us and we tell you exactly where it is: if it is lost, it gets replaced or refunded, your choice.
These are estimated times, not guaranteed ones: a strike, a local holiday or a seasonal peak can stretch them. The numbers on this page are re-measured against the manufacturer's API; the last time was on 19 de agosto de 2026.
Where these numbers come from
They are not an estimate of ours. Every piece is made inside the European Union, and whoever makes it and ships it gives us an estimated delivery date for each item and each destination — the same one they would show you at their own counter. On 19 de agosto de 2026 we asked for that date, one by one, for the 97 items you can buy here today and for each of the destinations we ship to.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
They do not appear in the shop's shipping selector, and that is on purpose: they are outside the Union's customs and VAT territory, so the parcel goes through a customs clearance that is not part of the time above and that can carry taxes and handling charges payable by whoever receives it. If you want a piece there, write to us before ordering it.
No customs inside the EU
The production centres are inside the European Union. For any order shipping to the EU there is no customs, no duties and no import charges: the price you see in the cart is the one you pay.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves you will get the tracking number by email.
Wrong address
If the parcel comes back because the address was written wrong, we can send it again with the new postage on you. Check the details before confirming: once in production we cannot change them.
