Before you buy

Is it official?
Yes. It is merchandise made under CEFA TOYS licence and bought from an authorised distributor, with its box and its barcode. It is not a drawing of ours nor a copy: that other thing is in our own shop, it goes by another name and we say it is ours.
How long does it take?
It leaves the warehouse in 24-48 hours and travels by courier. This is the other half of the shop: what we draw ourselves is made to order and takes 3 to 7 days; this one is already made and on a shelf.
How much is shipping?
4.95 €, and the page says so above the button, before paying and with the amount. It is never folded into the price to look free.
Where do you ship?
Mainland Spain and Portugal. Not to the Canary Islands, the Balearics, Ceuta or Melilla: shipping there costs more than the item itself, and we would rather not offer it than spring the cost on you at the end. Our own shop —what we draw ourselves— does travel to the whole European Union.
Can it be returned?
Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons, and 3 years of legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Neither of those is a favour: they are the law.
