Ja. Es ist Ware, die unter CEFA TOYS-Lizenz hergestellt und bei einem autorisierten Vertrieb gekauft wurde, mit Karton und Barcode. Es ist keine Zeichnung von uns und keine Nachahmung: Das andere steht im eigenen Shop, heißt anders und wird als unseres ausgewiesen.
Wie lange dauert es?
Er verlässt das Lager in 24-48 stunden und geht per Kurier. Das ist die andere Hälfte des Shops: Was wir selbst zeichnen, wird auf Bestellung gefertigt und braucht 3 bis 7 Tage; dieses hier liegt schon fertig im Regal.
Was kostet der Versand?
4,95 €, und die Seite sagt es über dem Button, vor dem Bezahlen und mit dem Betrag. Er wird nie in den Preis gerechnet, damit er gratis wirkt.
Wohin wird geliefert?
Festlandspanien und Portugal. Nicht auf die Kanaren, die Balearen, nach Ceuta oder Melilla: Der Transport dorthin kostet mehr als der Artikel selbst, und lieber bieten wir ihn nicht an, als ihn am Ende überraschend zu berechnen. Der eigene Shop —was wir selbst zeichnen— reist sehr wohl in die ganze Europäische Union.
Kann man es zurückgeben?
Ja. Du hast 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht ohne Begründung und 3 Jahre gesetzliche Gewährleistung. Keines von beidem ist ein Gefallen: Das ist Gesetz.
